Return Policy

Every Modern Boxes order is custom printed and made to order, so orders are non-refundable. We do stand behind what we deliver.

Same as approved artwork: We produce and deliver exactly what you approved in the final artwork.

If it does not match: If the printed boxes are not the same as the final approved artwork, or they arrive damaged, we remanufacture your order and ship it to you free of cost.

Reporting a problem: Contact us within 8-14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the boxes. Our team will confirm and start remanufacturing.

Not covered: Errors in artwork that you approved before production, or changes requested after production has started.
