Terms & Conditions

By using modernboxes.org and placing an order with Modern Boxes, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Quotes: All quotes are estimates and subject to confirmation. Minimum order quantity is 100 units unless otherwise agreed.

Production & Turnaround: Standard production is 2-3 business days after design approval; timelines may vary based on order complexity and volume.

Payment: Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order and must be settled before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork & Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before production. Modern Boxes is not liable for errors in customer-supplied files that were approved prior to printing.

Returns: Custom packaging is made to order and generally non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
